How big is a treatment room and what is included with the shift rent?

    Treatment room size is 9 feet by 10 feet. Each treatment room has a sink, massage table, rolling stool, lighting for massage, clock and limited storage. Common areas are available for use to transact business: a lobby, reception and bathroom.

What is shift rent?

    A shift is a 4.5 hour- block of time that the room is yours to use for providing a massage.   The shifts are 8 am to 12:30 pm and 1 pm to 5:30 pm. Shifts are available seven days a week. 

What is the Cost for a 4.5 hour shift?

    Each shift is $25. 

What is the Lease Length?

    The lease is month to month and you may take as many shifts as are available. The rent is prepaid for the month. 

Who Can Rent a Room?

    The rooms are only available to aestheticians or licensed massage therapists who current with their license and insurance. Document proof required at lease signing.  Note:  if you offer any heated therapy you will need proof of additional insurance coverage. 

What is NOT included?

    You would be responsible for your own linens, sound system and massage medium. You are responsible for all of your own scheduling, payment collection and client interaction etc. 

Can I Market Myself in the Suite?

    There will be space for your business cards in the lobby.
